Assistant Executive Director/Administrator

Location:  Springpoint at Meadow Lakes, a Continuing Care Retirement Community with skilled

nursing and assisted living, located in Hightstown, NJ

Responsibilities: Serve as the licensed nursing home administrator of the skilled nursing and assisted living units of the community; Develop and implement programs, services and operational budgets for the health care services;  Assure that quality assurance mechanisms are in place to attain excellent results with licensure surveys, resident and staff satisfaction and budget conformance;  Assist in the direction of the operations of the community including planning and development in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, building regulations, and the policies established by Springpoint Senior Living;  Assist in forecasting the operational and capital needs of the community;  The Assistant Executive Director/

Administrator is in charge of the community in the absence of the Executive Director.

 

Requirements: Financial management skills.; Working knowledge of computerized systems;  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and general public;  Excellent organizational and communications skills; team player.

3-5 Yrs. experience in the management of daily operations in a related field.
