Sales Specialist


JOB SUMMARY

Fellowship Senior Living in Basking Ridge, New Jersey is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist.  

Under the direction of the VP of Home Community Based Services, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Specialist are to manage and execute the sales process for potential members of the Senior Living At Home (SLAH) program, an alternative to long-term care insurance.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·        Initiate sales process by prospecting, making presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales.

·        Develop lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.

·        Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.

·        Manage sales/operations to successfully exceed budgeted goals.

·        Represent Fellowship Senior Living and the Fellowship Senior Living at Home program at professional meetings, networking opportunities, community organization meetings and sales events, etc.

·        Uncover growth opportunities within existing and new markets.

MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

·        5+ years of experience in marketing, account/campaign management

·        Computer skills including MS Office, and CRM/Contact management systems.

·        Results-driven attitude with a hunger for success.

·        Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and generate sales.

·        Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communications. Public speaking experience, a must.

·        Professional interpersonal skills including patience, courtesy, and tact.

·        Must possess good organizational and time management skills.

·        Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally.
